The Indian Captains were #9 Matthew Wallace and #98 Jeffery Nichols. Loudon won the coin toss and as always wants the football.

In their previous meeting in week #9, your Loudon Indians defeated the Wildcats by the score of 20-16. If they are 9-1 or 1-9, Polk Co. always comes out ready to play Loudon…tonight would be no exception!

The Wildcats opened the game with an on-sides kick, however #9 Matthew Wallace recovered on the Indian 45 yard line. The Big Red looked brilliant on this drive, hitting on all eight cylinders. Nine plays and not a single one was for negative yardage. Wallace and #27 Kadrean Brewster took turns running the ball. Brewster got the nod from the one yard line and powered into the end zone! The extra points were thwarted by the Polk Co. defense. The scoreboard had 6-0 Indians, with 5:06 showing on the clock.

From this point forward, it was all Wildcats as they reeled off 32 un-answered points. The Indians smash-mouth, no-huddle, high octane offense that has over powered everyone in the league (except the lone loss to Etowah) was completely out of sync. Very un-characteristically, the Indians lost three fumbles plus the Wildcats recovered an on-sides kick. This is the type of punishment the Indians are used to dishing out… not receiving!

Total offense was 111 yards; rushing accounted for 76 yards on 23 attempts for one touchdown while passing added 35 yards on 2 of 4 attempts.

The MVP Offensive Player of the game was presented to #27 Kadrean Brewster, while the MVP Defensive Player of the game was awarded to #16 Nick Roach who had 21 tackles and a sack for -4 yards.

In a hard fought physical game, the Indians (8-2) loose 32-6 and are eliminated from the play-offs. Congratulations to the Indian Football Players, Head Coach David Matlock plus Assistant Coaches Darren Peters, David Haskins, C.B. Houston, and Bobby Cash on your excellent season and making it to the semi-finals! Go Big Red, Go Indians!
