The Loudon Indians rebounded after last weeks loss, and defeated the Etowah
Juniors by a score of 20-8. #24 Tyler Campbell opened things up with a 20-yd TD
scamper. Later in the 1st half, #30 Grant Gasper scooped up an Etowah fumble and
returned it 70 yds to pay dirt. Gasper lost one of his shoes during the return,
earning him the nickname “One Shoe Gasper.” At the half the Indians lead
14-0, each team scored in the 4th period. #44 Ben Everett pounded in a 5-yd
touchdown, the conversion attempt failed. 20-8 is the final score, Loudon
Indians (4-2).
