INDIANS SENIOR DAY.  This season has just flown by. As this is the last home game of the 2003 season, it is time to bid farewell to the senior Indian football players and cheerleaders. In a pre-game ceremony the players, cheerleaders, and their parents were introduced as they fanned out along the home sideline. The mothers were presented with a red rose and the players and cheerleaders received a trophy to remember their time on “The Hill”.

The Indians had a complete game; playing solid defense coupled with an unstoppable offense resulted in a big win to the tune of 48-22. Quarterback #10 Blake Cosner aired it out, hitting five air strikes for 99 yards and three touchdowns. #24 Tyler Campbell had quite an evening earning six touchdowns: five carries for 218 yards, (3) TD’s, (1) 2-pt conversion, and three receptions for 84 yards and (3) TD’s!

Loudon was ahead 28-8 at the intermission. L.C. came out strong in the third period scoring twice. The Indians added two scores in the third stanza and one in the fourth period to put the game away. Offense mixed 23 carries for 348 yards, (4) TD’s, and (3) 2-pt. conversions; passing contributed five completions for 99 yards and (3) TD’s. Total Offense equaled 447 yards. The final score board read 48-22, Loudon Indians (7-2).
